We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected countries/regions in Europe.
Available shipping destinations are based on the options displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Free shipping is available for orders over $160 USD within the United States.
Free shipping is available for orders over $260 USD to Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Free shipping eligibility and thresholds (if applicable) are determined by what is displayed at checkout and may vary by region.

Estimated delivery times (business days, excluding weekends and holidays) are as follows:

Australia & Europe: 7–15 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
You may also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number to view the latest status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and items. After verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution. You may be asked to provide tracking information and related communication records as supporting evidence.
